After back breaking hand picking of the green grapes, crushing and bottling, our gourmet ver jus is finally here! Excellent as a sour component and substitute to vinegar in recipes (ver jus has a softer acidity that compliments the flavours of wine), we have 2 varieties, a golden chardonnay (excellent with seafood) and a pinky-blush Merlot ver jus. Our Ver jus has a crisp, sour bite with the same acidity as vinegar.
