1/3 Cup Two Fat Birds Cabernet Sauvignon Red Wine Vinegar.
2-3 Tbsps Crushed Garlic.
1 Tbsp Black Pepper.
1 Tsp Salt.
Combine ingredients in a bowl. Prick steaks all over with a fork, then rub steaks with the mixture. Cover and leave to marinate in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
Take out and grill or bbq steaks until cooked -added any leftover garlic marinade to the top of the steaks while cooking.
